looking for siemens srs3000 xrf and d5000 xrd service manual

siemens d5000

We have one siemens srs3000 xrf instrument and one d5000 siemens xrd instrument in our lab. They are old instruments and having problems. Not much help I could get from local agent. Anyone can supply service manual (not operating manual) for them I will appriciate and will return the favour.

You posted this a long time ago but I just came across it. I buy, sell and service used Siemens / Bruker instruments and can supply almost anything you need. Let me know if you still need the manuals
