Looking for schematic of OP97 or equivalent IC

I have final year project based on ecg but i upto now i didnt get ic neither op97 nor ad705j so plz help me with either schematric circuit of op97 other ic which has same function of op97
so plz help me if possible

They are quite old devices (and the AD705J is obsolete). The best way to find an alternative is to use the manufacturers web site to select a new one using a few key parameters from the old device e.g. offset, input bias current, bandwidth, noise.

Or have a look at some of the other discussions on ECG circuits on the EDA Board.
