i'm wondering any chip or development that can transmit and receive minimum 1mb / s

Source some DECT modules, it is just 1152K bit data rate !!!

Samsung has offered this type of RF modules.

also i want a small chip or module if vailable
as small as possible

I don't know that the exact website, maybe Samsxxg doesn't place in web. But I am very sure it is already in manufacturing.
