Hi, guys:

I am looking for RF CMOS process foundry libraries for RFIC layout design (test design).

Could anybody offer some kind of CMOS RF process libraries, for example TSMC 0.25um
or 0.18um libraries?

Or does anybody know where I can download some kind of CMOS RF process libraries?

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks

hi rfchip5
i use mosis database.
url https://www.mosis.com/
but ido not know wheather they have special RF thchnology or not. many years ago they said there should require the special process for realizing CMOS RF circuit, but the process change is very amall. for examples the thickness of gate oxidadation is slightly thin, sidewall is alittle bit wider, in some case they change the Vth. thats all. anyway you can check mosis site.
rgz hoping for your help
