Universal Programmer

Does naybody have a construction article or info on a universal programmer please?. I'm thinking of PIC/xx51/EPROM mainly.

Thanks. I have seen that beofre but had forgotten about it. Having looked again, I am just as confused as before. Is it one piece of hardware or several?. Is the schematic and circuit layout available for download?
