Looking for Rabbit 4000 code to use TCP/IP

Hi to all. i am using RCM 4000 for my project. but i am new to this one. i need to concentrate on tcp/ip. i need sample programs for them. so pls upload here and need some advise to work on this processor.

Rabbit allready published code for TCP/IP using the RCM4xxx look deep in there site as far as i know the code is free

in hardware y they using 2 kind of frequencys 1: 32khz osc
2: 44.2mhz

I also need some assistance. how can i upload to the rabbit 4000 without using the programming cable? i.e. upload using the ip address
