looking for opamp with the following features?

Can anyone recommend me of an OPAMP with the following features

1) Low cost - less then $ 1 @ 1000 unit

2) 2 unit in a pack

2) Power ON OFF pin for eatch OPAMP

3) Power ON time and power OFF time less then 800ns (Maximum)

4) FBW >= 4 Mhz

Why do you want to switch the power for each opamp on and off?
If you are worried about how much current they use then simply use a low current dual opamp.
