Looking for MOSFET

Hi,

In electronic, I'm newbees and I've some difficulties to found a MOSFET up to 3 A.
Fairchild still not provide any more sample :-(

Could please, anybody help me to found a reference on mosfet (in sample) by an other suppler (like TI) ?

I'm tryed for days to found any reference without success :-(
