pcb construction

i would like to have an idea on making PCBs
anyone got documents or some links on the stages that a pcb goes thru in industrial fabrication ( how tracks , metellic holes ...)
 

I reard about some chemistry that you can use to make matalic holes
but I dont know what it is ...
if someone know tell us
