Well I guess it would be much easier to work with an 8051 for this application.
The 8085 will need much circuitry (memories, interface 8255, clock generator)
while the 8051 has already internal memory and timer clock, and 4 input/output ports which can be used to directly interface to ADC/DAC and control your application.
Just google a little, writing 8051 temperature controller.
You'll find millions of complete circuits online.
using the others circuits is very simple
try to do it ureself u'll get good practical knowladge and the trouble shooting skill
so do it ureself friend
