Looking for info about component marked D1062

Hi,

I'm looking for all informations about a component with the imprint "D1062". It seems to be an voltage regulator or a power device, because the usage is the generation of the core-voltage of a pc mainboard (the housing is TO220 or similar).

An idea where to find the specification?
