Looking for help understand some wording about class AB output stage

Hi,

I found this in a textbook about the attached class AB output stage.




For the 2nd attached picture, there's a description like below.

"It is now easy to calculate the gain of this amplifier. The input stage provides a conversion of gm1. The total gain also includes the transconductance of the output devices g mA1. Impedance Z is not part of it. The reason is that the impedance Z is bootstrapped out."

Here what is the meaning of "bootstrapped out"? I know dictionary meaning of of 'bootstrap', but I don't get what it exactly means in electronic world. Is there any another easy english wording in stead of it?
