Looking for help in antenna design

I'm totally new to this major, and my boss want to learn by myself for a few months.So I am wondering if someone can give me some advices.If someone would like to teach me online,that will be great.

Though you have mentioned that you are new but its good to try out the things yourself first. Read books and see much more info on the net about the topic on the net and if it doesn't work then look for someone. You haven't told that much about your study or something like that..Good luck
