I am looking for free and simple MCS-51 simulator, what do you recommend?
 

free 8051 simulator

SDCC is a good free 8051 C-compiler
ASEM-51 is a free assembler ..

how to use keil 8051 simulator

If your microcontroller model starts with 80XX series, it is a ROMLESS 8051 micro.

You need an external EPROM to use it.

u can use "keil uvision" ,
it is a good simulator for c51
you can get it from : www. keil.com

I just need a simple one, Keil tools is not free and I do not neeed C compilres.

hi
u can use keil software that i think the best for u
and u can also use SDCC
have u ever use one of them if not tell me i can provide tutorial 4 each of then
 

simulation mcs51

keil is better than SDCC and generator a small bin file but is too expensive and SDCC is update and free
 

c51 simulator

i am usning "Pinnacle 52" and KIEL both.
both are best.
you can get the demo version of both by searching in google.
