tusb3410 firmware

Hi,everybody! This is my first topic.

I am using the TUSB3410 to convert USB to UART(RS232).Now,the most important is the firmware.I can't find any example for it.who can give me a copy or example of the firmware for TUSB3410.

I saw in TI web site, If you want the sample firmware you must email them. Thay only provide free download for TUSB GPIO sample not TUSB UART. I'm also looking for it too.

I have a try to email them,but no reply.
At TI's web,it said firmware is free for download.After logging in,I get the click for downloading driver&firmware.But in fact,there is only driver,no firmware!

I've got the same problem, I need the source code for TUSB3410 firmware :(

does anyone know the procedure to connect to USB bus? how the registers should be programmed, and what those register values mean?
what should those values be??

anyone with good USB experience??

USBSER.SYS hangs when an open port is disconnected :( any ideas??
