I need a circuit for 1-phase voltage transformer tester I also wana use a microcontroller for generating the appropriate signals.

what kind of apprpritate signal?
if u need square wave, that is very easy to generate by mcu.
your question is too brief. tell details.

the signal generator is a part of the tester. as longg as we test a transformer, we must drive it with some waveshapes which are common in electrical network like, sine(different harmonics), ramp and etc.
