I know Nation make for her BGA IC an adaptator the KOSMONAUT ADAPTATOR is a big adaptator soldering in your board and the IC intercambiable.
I think if you tell me the application an the tipe of BGA or EBGA i can elp you.

I have used the sockets from Advanced Interconnections. They are excellent quality and don't take over too much PCB space around the edge of the BGA footprint.
Not all the products of winslow adaptics are found in their website, but you can request a complete catalog.
..but it seems that unfortunately there is no cheap adapter...
