Looking for AM varicap diodes

I am looking for a supplier for these high capacity varicap diodes (300-500pF) mainly used for AM tuners. I need a couple of hundred of these for a project at a good price. No luck on Google thus far.

Ebay currently lists lots of lower capacitance diodes but only a few with that much capacitance. It's probably worth watching ebay for a while in case someone lists a larger quantity.

If you can find a manufacturer that still makes suitable varicaps you can try contacting distributors when carry that manufacturers range.

I am aware of the 1SV149 from Toshiba.
Apparently this company has some stock https://www.partminer.com

Just do a search on 1SV149 from Google or Yahoo. I found a page from partminer, where it showed some thousands of pieces.
