Hi,

I am looking for a switched mode powersupply design that is meeting the following requirements.

input range:
18 V ~ 265 V (AC or DC)
Freq: 45 ~ 65 Hz

Output:
5 Volt 10 ~ 15 Watt
Eff: > 80 %

There are lot of solutions out there if you prefer to do it youself.
Check: http://www.powerint.com they offer one of the simplest complete solution.

Other companies offring the same thing: Fairchid, onsemi, and ST.
