Looking for a subject for Msc course

Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a subject for my M.sc thesis. I want to
know what subject to chose, and of course I also want to continue that project in my Ph.D. course. Do you have any suggestions?

The main reason to send this topic is, may be some one knows, what kind of fields has the chance to be applied from high-ranking universities.

MSc in VLSI designing has good demand in nowadays. I f you have Sound knowledge in degital principles and fabricaton of semiconductors you can choose thi sfield.
