you can't get microcontrollers with a built in bluetooth...

however there are some microcontroller boards which were mounted together with a bluetooth module...

in fact, it's not very difficult to interface a bluetooth module to a microcontroller and there are a pleanty of example codes and circuits in the internet. Just give a try in google....

Hello guys,
thank you for you answers. I found what I was looking for! well there are Two SOC that have a built-in Bluetooth Radio which are : 2 Soc of Nordic Semiconductor & Texas Instruments.
