u can find many kinds of double balanced mixers for your application,
with differents OL levels and packages,

For example TDA440 very old , it has preamplifier, LC varieble frequency generator , balanced mixer ( I do not remember but I think you can get DC at mixer's output )
I used it as 6,5 MHz to 5,5 MHz mixer (12 MHZ quarc generator). but it should work well in your range of frequences.
