Looking for a free book about AVR programming

hi every body
i want to learn AVR i have a good background on PIC
then i will not begin AVR from zero
so
i need a free book that helps me to customize AVR
and programm it

Here is a good one right on this site. (as long as its free)
I actually paid for the book and was very disapointed.
For example the description of I2c and SPI is very vague, NO Source code or examples - you can get way more from the spec sheets and the atmel website!

I don't know how the guy can charge money for that book!

There are many books on avr and lots of source code on the net, just look around.
