try http://www.icop.com.tw they have a series of 386 motherboard. I have used a 166Mhz from then...a good one...try it!!

I'm in BRazil, and Icop has a dealer here...I bought here. Yes, the board comes with processor, RAM memory and VGA interdace...some models come with LAN, GPIO or LCD interface, also...
