Hi guys,

Do you have a 4069 P-Spice model?

4069 is a CMOS Hex inverter.

I'd like to use it to do simulation, but I cannot find it on TI's website. Do you know where I can get it?

Also, I expect to use it at 40MHz. Is it realizable? Otherwise, is there any Hex inverter to be operated at such frequency? Please recommend them to me.

Thanks!!

A CD4xxx operates up to about 5MHz when its supply is 15V. Its max frequency is about 2MHz when its supply is 10V. I have one working at 3.58MHz with a 9V supply but many ICs do not work that high.

74HCxxxx high-speed Cmos works up to 35MHz (minimum) to 95MHz (typical) with a 6V supply.
