Motorola has a few app notes regarding this topic. It was a few years ago and I have a hardcopy dash away somwhere. You can try to find it in Mot's web site and see if it is still available. If not, PM me and I will see what I can do.
IRF is involved in this field too.... I remember seeing a evaluation kit and app notes some time back at their site....dig around maybe they are still there...
