I look for cap modle for make power simulation.if anyone have it please send my email.thanks very much.

spicap from avx and kspice from kemet give you the impedance plot of ur cap. from that u can calculate the lumped model (C+ESL+ESR) of the cap. but note that ESR is frequency dependent component and if u want take the peak ESR.

to calculate the distributed model of a cap u can use the paper by larry smith
available at
