To do what?
LNA is part of RF receivers and sometimes operates at more than tenth GHz.
Op-Amp is usually restricted to low frequency applications and doesn't at microwave because due to the Si based technology.
Using an Op-Amp in closed loop mode makes the cuttoff freq. higher but not enough to reach several GHz
Furthermore LNAs use advanced technologies like GaAs which allow better NF
Introducing feedback reduces overall gain and degrades noise performance. The point of an op amp is to be very versatile and easy to use. For a LNA, you just want a simple linear amplifier with some nonspecific amount of gain and very low noise. Op amps are a poor choice for such a role.
