Live Neutral and Earth connection for offline SMPS

Hi,
We have always assumed that on an offline SMPS mains input PCB connector, it is best to have the conductors in the order “Live, Neutral, Earth”…..and not “Live, Earth , Neutral”.
The reason being that the “Live, Neutral, Earth” connection theoretically gives a narrower Live_Neutral current loop and so reduces radiated emissions, even if only by a small amount.
Would you agree?
