Anyone can get me a link to MAC(Ethernet) testbench?

it seem only have code , no test bench

You could find it in the FlexModels of Synopsys. enettx_fx, enetrx_fx, and enethub_fx.

There is Design as well Testbenches for different Mac Designs in Opencores..

Try out the 10G .....it is well done...

The Opencores.org is the free one that I'm aware of. At CVC we offer several Verification trainings and we use some of these testbenches as starting point and demonstrate how they can be better done using modern techniques, see www.noveldv.com if interested.
