lines width versus the width of the component's connectors

Hi guys.

So i'm designing a LNA, and there's a details that has beein bugging me. so the width of my 50Ohm lines is 1.12mm while the transistor's connectors is 0.1mm. here below is how it's gonna look on the board. but i have a hard time predicting wht's gonna be our signals behavior once it reaches the transistor.

Do i need to put a taper line between my line and the transistor connector?

Dimensions of this discontinuity are MUCH smaller than wavelength -> no problem !
If you want, you can put in an MSTEP element to simulate the change in width.
