Hello,

Somebody knows a very stable linear voltage regulator (5v and 100mA) with the temperature (between -40 and 60 degrees)?
The input voltage is between 11 to 12 volt.

Regards,

Raul

I think LM723 has lower temperature coeficient 0.002%/°C, MIC5207 has 0.004%/°C in the similar temperature range.

Also the very old 723 has the lowest noise, measured 100 uV p-p versus 2 mV p-p of 7805.

Look at the REG104 from TI.

add a copper to cool the regulator.
