Line Follower Car Principle of Working

Please let me know that in what principle does line follower car works.

there will be a small light source to illuminate the track and two light sensors one on right and other on left compares the reflected light from track right and left motor speed is adjusted automatically so that they are equal and maximum

Please let me know about any liquid plastic name which I use to make wheels of line follower car.And anyone have any other idea to DIY make wheels of car and

other plastic parts?

you can use plastic or metal radio volume control Knobs of old sets

This is useful but i want to make wheels and others plastic parts that`s why i need liquid plastic.
