limits of a double integral

Can anyone refresh my memory as to how to find the limits of intergration on double intregrals, without useing matlab or maple.

Integrate the function and then put the upper limits in the function minus the lower limits in the function.

Do want the limits of integration, or the value of the double integral? The limits of integration are usually known from the nature of the problem.
