LEVEL 40 MOSFET Model Details^

Hi all,
I am trying to know whether LEVEL 40 MOSFET model is inbuilt with any recent Cadence versions..?
This level is usually used for Thin film transistors. I am not able to find the information related to that in my cadence setup.
When I try to run a SPICE file with the information about LEVEL 40, it throws me an error saying that the mentioned LEVEL is not supported
so could any one help me out in this.

only cadence can tell you exact level mapping quickly , you may use HSpice in cadence and by pass the problem . even in cadence orcad bsim3 is level 7 and in cadence spectre its level 49/53 !
