I try to build led matrix with high density like is in scheme. I need full 20mA per LED so I decide to connect transistors permanently to "plus" and everything is ok. Only last column make me trouble. When I light this column with 3 led also row 1 and row 5 go on.
What is wrong?
U = 10V
A = 20mA per LED
R (Green led and Blue)=57E
R (Red led) = 100E
T = BC107A
