LED driver circuit design

hey,,
i have to design a low cost AC LED bulb of 10watt,
Specifications are :
input voltage range - 100v to 300v ac
output voltage 30v (regulated)

I can use a simple forward converter circuit , but still i don't know the IC no,
So to be precise i want to make a circuit which take input voltage in the range of specified above, and could be able to generate the 30v , 10w output dc regulated , so please tell me the IC no, and N Mosfet suitable for this design.

For a LED driver you need constant current, not constant voltage. This is because the LED forward voltage drop changes with temperature, if driven from a truly stabilized voltage source would cause large changes of current through the LED. The total voltage drop might be around 30V, but what the 10W LED needs is a constant 333 mA.
