Hello! I'm newbie.
I want DIY LED lamp with 60 10mm bright LED
I use LED calculator and get circuit:

If I connect this circuit via DIOD (for DC current), will work my DIY lamp?

You dont need a diode. Each of those LEDs (Light Emitting Diode) is a diode. Therefore, they will only allow direct current to flow through them.

If you are planning on hooking this up directly to your AC wall power though, you should definitely consider some sort of current/voltage limitation. This does not look like a safe circuit to hook up directly to the AC wall power.

It would be better to use a bridge rectifier and smoothing capacitor. That will give more constant current through the LEDs, and much less flicker.

In this circuit, total LED power = 3.5W and total power wasted in resistors = 2.5W.

R1 = 3K3 2Watt
R1 = 3K3 2Watt
R3 = 100K 0.5Watt
C1 = 10uF X-rated

Yes but the reverse voltage may be too high.
