Hello,
i want to know how we drive LED from mains ? did we have to use a transformer and after that use DC voltage to drive LED ?
or we have to use coupled inductor ?
what is the better solution ?

Use small SMPS for this.

This SMPS can be very small and on output give regulated DC voltage for LED-LEDs.

I dont suggest transformerless designs.

have you a reference design on how to do this ? i need an example, it is for my own project at home, but i want to do a professional one, SMPS, but the problem i have no idea on how to do that
