Learning Embedded OS for MSP430

Hello,

I want to understand the embedded OS and port it on to the MSP430.
Please suggest me the OS to start with and the way to study it through designer and developer's perspective.
 

There is a list of different real time OS for the MSP430 on wiki( ) with a list of selection criterias.
