Hi.
I would like to find the complete flow of how we design
a leap frog filter with ADS, starting from the passive filter,
"translating" this to active (pick the gain of opamps and the topology).
It could be wonderful if any dissertation is available (with ADS), in order
to see this as a case study designing and not as a textbook (I mean |I do not
miss the theoritical aspects but I miss the know-how of practical designing a leap frog
through ADS).

I am not familiar with ADS at all.
However, in case you are aware of the leapfrog principle it is relatively simple to transfer the elements of the passive reference filter into the corresponding active cells.
Basis of the whole procedure is selection of an appropriate normalizing resistor.
