I designed s switched capacitor dc-dc converter. I found that there is a high gate leakage in my circuit design. I used W= 500micro with L=60nm. Capacitor =800pF. Input voltage 1.3V and output voltage is 0.8V.

I tired to investigate where is the leakage come from and how to solve it, but i could not know.

Any ideas ? Your help is highly appreciated.
