LCD and pic not comunication

Thx you all for your Help!You are a great man!!The last my problem is why the LCD behave like i show in the pics?And my curiosity is wy it's work after i flash the PIC with .hex after i disconnect the LCD from the PIC.On a shield,or project,or other platform where the LCD is connected on PCB with the PIC why it's worked?How you can flash the PIC on that situation with LCD connected on PIC and works?Can anybody help me on this?Please,i try to learn and understand musc better from this land of PIC,embeded,and electronics stuff.Please!
 

Both PIC and LCD ground should be common.

mikroC LCD library works fine with JHD1602A and JHD204A.

In mikroC PRO PIC Library Manager uncheck the LCD and LCD Constants Libraries and use the below code to test. Increase EN_Delay value if needed and test.
