Hello,

Want to layout a Switched Capacitor Differential/Single Ended Opamp for Data Converters.

Looking for resources on layout methodology, styles and guidance - also examples.

What are good books as resources for this topic ?

Any resources available - books, papers, screenshots etc ? Hopefully 0.18um CMOS and below.

Hello Puppet,

here is a description for such a structure made in a 0.18µm process. For some sub-parts (switch & cap array) there are layouts shown:

Thank you.

Analog MOS Integrated Circuits for Signal Processing by Temes has some good information on layout for switched capacitor systems even though it is dated.

If you have any more references like those in the first paper, that would be great.
