Hi

I wish to generate FIR filter bank from the existing db5 wavelet filter using lifting scheme.

I have a time domain waveform for which I would like generate a Laurent polynomial which will be used to generate new filter coefficients.

Could you please help me how to get the Laurent polynomial for a wave?.

Regards

Faisal
