Kyocera Taskalfa 1800 printer shows add toner Error display

Our Xerox printer [All in one] Kyocera Taskalfa 1800 printer shows add toner Error display on LCD.
I changed the powder once .
anybody here to help ?

There is an option to clean your printer. First clear then try. Hope it will be okey.

also strip it down and clean all the contacts inside.
