Just wondering if this circuit should work?

Hi, (hope I'm not breaking any rules by asking about this) I found this circuit below:

Here are the parts:
C1-Tuning Capacitor
C2-0.1uf Disc Capacitor
R1-10 Meg 1/4 W Resistor
D1-1N34 Germanium Diode
U1-741 Op Amp
L1-"Loopstick" Antenna

I was just wondering, should this circuit work as a crystal radio?
 

It should not work. D1 is missing a load resistor, U1 must have a mid supply bias at non-inverting input.
 

Ok, how would I find out what load I should be applying to D1?
And for the mid supply bias at the non-inverting input, would I need a resistor that halves the voltage?
