just found a hspicerf.dll file in HSPICE 2019 ---> "Can i simulate with HSPICERF?"

Hi everyone,
I am new to HSPICERF, I looked into my "HSPICE 2019" installation directory but just found a hspicerf.dll file . Can i simulate with HSPICERF or i need another installation?
Also in the install.log file, there is no hspicerf.exe.
