jre issue - problems runing jre based programs

I need to install two programs bassed in jre (ti nspnire & maplesoft's maplesim simulator). Both are bassed in jre. But when the installers runs, they "dissapear" from screen, and from task manager. Process go to nothing. I try to reinstall java 7, java 6, check DOS path for java, etc. But nothing solve the problema. I very preciatte some help about this problema.
