Hi,

How to start carrier in telecom field.... How to gain experience in this field.... As far as i know most of the companies are looking for well experienced candidates instead of freshers... So how can a fresher begin his carrier in telecom field... I need suggestions from experts here...

Hi,i'm not an expert but also glad to give an advice.
As a fresher,it's better to command basic theory about communication protocol and have good mathematics skill.
There are still some companys willing to recruit those fresher.
If you'd like to be a hardware,it's also needing RF knowledge.
To be a software,it needs DSP or other signal processor platform.

Actually I think telecommunication is a good job.but everyone can't do it.Because for it need more experience.And I feel it to be expert need more learn.
